Commission Information:
How Do I Place An Order?
Ordering is Easy! Contact the artist with your idea, he will discuss sizing and angles with you. Once a size is agreed upon, the artist will send a document with all terms including pricing, size, and framing options. Sign and return with a small down payment, and in 8 to 12 weeks you will own a piece of fine art!
Commission Sizes and Current Rates (May 2020)
Commission drawings can be ordered to any size ranging from 11 X 14 to 20 x 30". In same cases, smaller sizes than 11 X 14 can be ordered (consult the artist if that would work for your idea). All drawings are created on Canson Illustration Bristol Plate Board, and are shipped flat.
Current rate for commission drawings: please contact the artist for more information. Rates can be customized based on the complexity and size of the drawing, all rates are based on the square inch. SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY, PLEASE!
Framing service is also available for any commission piece. Please consult the artist for framing options and matte colors. Additional charges may apply.
Framed Prints:
Any reproduction print can be ordered with a frame. Please consult the artist before ordering to insure proper frame selection and matte color.
Shipping and Handling:
All artwork is shipped either using United States Postal Service or UPS. Framed artwork will be shipped UPS, with ground service. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges, and any damage must be reported to the carrier immediately. All artwork is insured to value of the sale. Any overseas shipping may require an import duty be paid and the buyer is responsible for that. Items will come professionally packaged to insure safety in delivery.
Payment options:
All commission orders can be done two ways; either by Paypal, credit card, or money order. Paypal and credit cards are done using an online invoice sent your email. All commission pieces require the balance to be paid in full once the buyer has been notified of completion. Commission pieces can be paid on as they are being created, please consult the artist for options. Items will not ship until the entire balance including shipping has been paid.
Returns
No returns on any commission piece. Any damage to framing during shipping will be replaced, Buyer must provide pictures of any damage that occurred with artwork inside. Framed prints that are damaged will be handled the same way.
Privacy Policy
The artist reserves the copyright of any commission drawing to make prints for future use. The artist also reserves the right to share progress on Facebook of any commission in progress, unless arrangements have been made with the artist not to do so.
